Because I often do multi-photo layouts, I need to shrink down my photos to half or quarter of a standard 6x4 print. Sure, I can do this in Photoshop, but I can do it faster in Photosheet.
The following example is four photos onto a 6x4 sheet. Drag, drop, done.
PhotoScape - Free Photo Editing Software. This is a great basic editor for cropping, resizing, converting to B&W or Sepia, adding text, adding borders (there's some great borders!) or rounded corners to your photos. I love using this program to quickly assemble a collage of photos to add to my blog, without having to spend more-time-than-I'm-willing-to-give doing the same thing in Photoshop. It's also has a Batch Edit option which I've found to be a great time saver when I've wanted to resize whole albums of photos in one click.
